Success is the Journey of a Lifetime
This journey begins when we're born weather we realize it or not.
When a baby turns over and roles over by itself that is the first step college crawling and then later walking. When a child finishes its first day at school, that's a success. When you leave college, and get your first job that's a success. After working for a few years and deciding to become an entrepreneur, building your first business is a success.
The success comes from achieving small steps towards your final goal. As an entrepreneur, your first step in putting together your business should be writing a business plan. That business plan should lay out before you:
1. An overview of what your business should look like
2. How your business will be structured
3. Products and service
4. Market analysis-- how big a niche are you serving and what are their needs
5. Strategy and implementation--- how you plan to market to them and build your relationship with your customers
6. Organization and management team--- bill will help you grow your business
7, Financial plan and projections-- how much money you need to start your business and how much you project to make at the end of the first year
8. Mission statement--- action plan on the steps needed to start, build, and grow your business
When you break everything down into smaller steps, it all looks achievable. While it can be daunting when you think of all the things it takes to start and build a successful business.
By looking at it as a journey, and then breaking it down to day to day activities, you are well on your way to your journey for success!
