I remember her from Happy Days. This is an example of how Hollywood uses you and forgets you---worked as a teenager and then as an adult she couldn't find any work as an actor and then lost everything.
her castmates have tweeted some nice things about her---she is only 56
Her parents were supposed to be investing her money since she was too young to sign a contract on her own until she turned 21 and then along the way she didn't have the right people there to help her transition into adulthood and then 5 years ago she went through everything and ended up homeless

I'm sorry to hear she passed away. I'm also saddened to hear that she was in financial distress.
What a sad story. It goes to show that success , fame and pretty looks do not lead to lasting happiness or security.
I was really sad when I heard about this. I grew up watching Happy Days. I remember reading about her difficulties a couple of years ago.
Another piece of my childhood gone.

Saw an update that her autopsy showed she died of Stage 4 cancer---so young and such a trajedy
