First you have an innovative idea, then you make it operational, and finally you enable it by putting it into action

Form a team or group

Creator---the is one person whose always good at coming up with many ideas---some work some don't

Advancer--the is the person that reviews all the ideas and decides which ones will work and which ones won'yt work then passes it off to the Refiner

Refiner-- this person refines the project down even more and either passes it back to the Advancer or to the enforcer who implements the project

Enforcer--puts the project into action
