You can be your own mentor or life Coach by learning from your experiences and incorporate those into your future behavior. But, argue in conflict with yourself, when it comes to making decisions or doing the right thing for others.

For many people, they may think they are doing the right thing but in reality they're doing it for personal gain rather than helping someone else. Sometimes we can be aware of what were doing, especially when you look to take advantage of someone else to get ahead in life. But then also you may be doing it because you think you're helping someone else when in reality you're not.

You can't assume you know what is good for someone else unless you ask them what they need. The problem is that many people assume they know what the problem is, when they really don't.

This week in the United States is Thanksgiving, when we give thanks for the abundance of life, or the things that we have received over the year. There have also been organizations that serve the homeless food on Thanksgiving as a way of giving back for all the things they have received for the year.
