Negativity is Like a Cactus When it Gets Into You It Won't Leave
Until you pull it out. If you don't change your thought processes how can you expect to find success in the long term. Remember this, the floors of a cactus stick inside you and have to be pulled out and you need to look at negativity in the same way.
Sit down and write out all the negative thoughts you have over a period of the day and see how you can change those thoughts to be one of positivity. We don't always know what triggers those negative thoughts and until you figure that out, those negative thoughts will continue to creep into your thinking through out the day. this is why it's important to find the triggers, because once you learn what the triggers are then you can change them.

I get those thoughts almost every day. It's a constant fight and I have a hard time getting rid of them and I'm not sure how to get rid of them. I really just try and fight through them.
