The best asset is to let anyone speak before you and then speak last after you heard everyone's opinion. Easy to say, difficult to master. It is extremely difficult to keep your mouth shut especially if you feel like expressing your opinion urgently. The ancient Greeks used to say: "Το λακωνίζειν εστί φιλοσοφείν" which translates as "To express yourself in few words is wisdom"
