The less you talk and the more you listen and learn how to ask the right questions the more you will learn about your customers hot buttons. By hot buttons I mean the buzz words that close the sale.

The best asset is to let anyone speak before you and then speak last after you heard everyone's opinion. Easy to say, difficult to master. It is extremely difficult to keep your mouth shut especially if you feel like expressing your opinion urgently. The ancient Greeks used to say: "Το λακωνίζειν εστί φιλοσοφείν" which translates as "To express yourself in few words is wisdom"
