Improving Your Self Esteem
These habits you can change to improve your self esteem and experience more success.
Before you change your behavior you need to look at why you have these bad habits, you need to find the root cause for your low self esteem---was it a family member, a friend, co-worker---someone who had a big influence in your life---are they still a part of your life or not. Can you totally disassociate with them or totally limit the relationship you have.
You have to learn to love yourself first and foremost---that means protecting yourself from bullies.
First you have to look within yourself and write down all your bad habits you want to change.
Then list ways to change those habits so you can find self esteem
Today, people who have self loathing don't just harm themselves, but now look to do mass murders
