Let them know that you feel their pain and that your solution works

Don't try to sell them in every email because that's the easiest way to lose them

Leave them with a cliffhanger that makes them look forward to your next email

Create groups on Facebook and LinkedIn for them to join and continue the discussion

Your emails are giving you the opportunity for your customers to know, like, and trust you so take it seriously
