You already have a published website as far as I can see. If you continue working on it by posting content on it you will actually get it done. So no, it is definitely not locked behind premium.

Your site is live once you publish a piece of content. This also means you can bring traffic to it easily from social media. There are a lot of ways to continue learning how to make money with a simple website.
YouTube has WA members all over the place showing people how to build niche websites. Just use a bit of determination and you can do anything without needing to make a big investment except for time.
Not to mention you can use the referral program here to actually get members to pay for your own memberships.

Hello there, there is actually an app for WA but for some reason, it seems like a lot of adds pop up and short video adds. But I really haven't tried using it to work my sites.
Just go to your app store and type in wa and it should pop up.
