The world is a Global village.
In this global village in which we work and live, we tend to focus first on what we learn about business operations, financing, marketing strategies, productions, customer service, and so on.
As community members of WA, within this Global village, we sometimes neglect the fact that, at their very core, communities and organizations are about people and the relationships they develop in working together.
The people and the teams they create are what take and turn individuals into a community of people that work together to achieve individual and shared goals or goals in common. It’s because people like the CEO’s of WA, Kyle and Carson, care about their people that the concept of community becomes possible. There is a saying that many of you have heard before. It goes like this: “People don’t care about how much you know, until they know how much you care.” It is that when you care about your community, you create an atmosphere where they care about you and each other. It turns on everyone’s motivation to perform well and want to improve. They become actively involved in helping, contributing, ranking, creating, etc. and all those activities that make a community, an organization, or your business and customers cohesive and long lasting. You hear so many talk about the sense of community in WA. Why do you think that is so? You read about reports about WA exposed, in Rip- off Reports, and you find on numerous occasions why the exposer joined WA to participate and become a business leader in WA. It is about this WA community. They care about each other. People like to be cared about.
That’s why we stop by and reply to each other in this community.
Making a difference and collaborating with others to achieve a goal are two of the most motivators for accomplishing challenging work. Is Online Marketing for Profits not a challenging work? We need to learn for the sake of the people in our businesses to lead from the heart.
Did you know that the word “encouragement” has at its root the Latin word ‘cor,’ which means “heart?” When you encourage someone you actually give them heart. You lead with feeling.

Following the Gulf War. She asked him how he would most like to be remembered. He answered from the heart: “that he loved his family, that he loved his troops, and that they loved him.” Motivating leadership is a matter of the heart and such leaders care about their people, and their business organizations. People will naturally respond to this in your business for sales and profits. Team spirit in community unifies. Anne Bruce once said, “Transforming a
group of individuals into a team provides unification and common sense of interest and direction.” Keep in mind as owner of your business, you are setting the tone. Where better to experience this than in this community so to shine in your business, in your business community. Your actions and attitudes sure affect the environment in which you want your team to perform. We are not entities unto ourselves. That is the problem of the Age of the “selfie” in which we live . Nobody cares but for themselves.
Henry Ford once said, “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is a progress, working together is success. “
Tip: Let’s care to work together. Therein lies success as a model in our businesses.

I hope 'Top of the MorningTips' help lay a long lasting foundation for your business. If you have any questions on the principles of business, feel free to ask, because I was awarded my first doctorate in General Business from the US. There are essentially a handful of principles we all need to build a successful business, offline or online . My first business was in building construction, from which I made a living for my family and myself. The second business was in Buy and sell real estate. I reached a position of $1,000,000 in my first year. After that I was making about $300,000 per year until the buy and sell was shut down in Canada by the banks and the government. The law in Canada specifies that one cannot buy a house and not live in it, renovate it, then sell for profit at the fair market value. Now in Canada , with Affiliate Marketing we cannot use email marketing for building lists.
There is a wide variety of making money and becoming a super affiliate marketer on line as taught in WA. in the Online Entrepreneur Certification program and the classroom courses applied to your business. How are you doing? You do not need a doctorate to become a super affiliate marketer.

That was nice to read. I think Online Marketing for Profits is a Man's job, challenging and can be very frustrating, but it is also a choice learning tool, anyone who chooses to act and make profit from the impeccable proven skill has the qualities to lead from the 'cor' in everything including life, family, and relationships.
