A Tip: Multiple Devices are Better Yet
I say that I can multi-task, but I am not sure that multi-tasking is even possible. I would have to ask a brain person, but I think that what is really meant by multi-tasking is doing lots of things fast. I am pretty sure our brain can only do one thing at a time as it moves the entire body and mind. This implies that the more things I am trying to do fast, the less efficient and accurate I will be at any of them. Having said that, I think I can multi-task.
With several browsers open on two monitors as I work on my website, I discovered that there were different things I wanted to do on the WA site not related to my blog. So,from time to time, I use the WA site open on multiple devices to "mulitask." I can be adding images to my website, writing a WA post and answering a question in Live Chat just by looking from one device to another. WA allows for the site to be open under one login multiiple times simaltaneously. Many programs do not. This is a great feature of WA that is taken for granted. Most of us have a phone, tablet or some other device as well as a computer, so WA open on multiple devices can take the place of multiple monitors. If we have the devices anyway, we don't have the cost of an extra monitor.
With mutiple devices, I can be getting a text, phone call, voice mail, email, several social media notifications and notifications for system up-dates all at the same time while working on multiple tasks at WA on multiple devices. See how opening WA on multiple devices works for you. It might help a lot or it may make you want to keep on fishin'.

I work in a similar way. I have one PC, a fast desktop, and I routinely open several windows to my site as I work. It's more efficient than one at a time.

I use my phone and my computer to keep screens open.
It really helps.
