Team Work
A few weeks ago, I mentioned how sore I was after cutting and stacking a great deal of fire wood that was a literal windfall from a storm. The story continues. My brothers-in-law and I decided to buy a log splitter together to split all that wood. We bought a splitter that produces 25 tons of pressure to split hundreds of sumac and beech billets weighting up to 50 pounds. I am the youngest of the three of us.
We went to each home, set up the splitter and started to work. One of us can't bend down without fainting so he ran the splitter. The other two of us switched off between lifting billets onto the splitter and throwing the split wood into a pile. It turns out that using the splitter was fun. Throwing a few thousand 1-2 pound pieces of wood into a pile got old pretty fast. But the real challenge was lifting several hundred heavy billets onto splitter.
My brothers-in-law are pretty smart. With an old ironing board, some shovels and a few 2X4s, they fashioned a feeding system for the splitter. Several billets could be placed on the feeder allowing the person lifting the wood to rest for a few moments. It took us about 9 hours over two days to get everything split, but we got it done.
Splitting wood is a pretty awful metaphor for succeeding at affiliate marketing, but both take persistence, effort and team work. If you are new to WA, ask questions, take the trainings and learn from the many experts in this community. If you have been doing this for awhile, share your experience and expertise. Sure, we can do it by ourselves, but its easier with help. I hope you will take advantage of the expertise in the WA community adding to the expertise, as well, so that we can all keep on splitting'!

I also needed to hear that. My biggest down fall is asking for help. I've been trying to do this on my own for so long without it, I'm not use to a Community so willing to help.
Thanks,
Alex
great story!
have done my share of splitting and stacking wood, but never used an actual splitter
great tie in to the concept of team work because we all need each other, and each one of us has something to contribute
all the best,
