I had to use my IPad to watch the Getting Started video. How do I fix that?

I had to use my IPad to watch the Getting Started video. How do I fix that?
PC or Mac? Try updating your installations of Chrome and Firefox and see if that helps. If you are using a PC try Internet Explorer or if a Mac try Safari. ~Marion
I detest IE but it might work. Have you got the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox? Maybe you need to update them. You could also try Opera or another browser. Do a Google search for internet browsers.
I just loaded Firefox 31. Brand new. What flash player do I use. Kyle suggest Adobe, but it isn't even a Plug In option? I'm confused. Not a good way to start.
