Hi DrDuck, write an ebook, write some articles as giveaways and collect emails, make a mind map and offer as giveaway to collect emails, design software or plugin to do something in that niche and sell it. Start a membership site for like minded people, offer help, videos, articles webinars, I dunno run out of ideas.
Why collect emails, well "the money is in the list".

Mind Map is an excellent idea. Check out the book by Tony Buzan he has written on the topic very extensively.
Thanks for your question. The audience would my age (20-30) who want to know how to study better (through supplements, courses or something else). Alternatively perhaps older people who want to retain their brain functions :)

May I recommend checking out "Learning How To Learn" on Coursera. It will give you enough content on your website.
As far as monetizing goes, check out Nootropics that help students focus better.

This is in the self help and personal development niche there are many ways to capitalize on this its a very popular topic with lots of people interested in this kind f things
Tip - go to amazon and type in your keywords see how many books are being sold in this niche
Tip type you keywords into google see what other websites are out there doing this
Don't be afraid of competition the more are doing this the better as it proves that there is a market out there for this
Tip - Go to websites in this niche sign up for there news letter and then you can freely and legally spy on your competition
