I have a Godaddy domain and i tried to follow the steps to add my siterubix but the domain still shows the Godaddy and not my siterubix content.

Ah... bet you are not looking at the email address you used to register the domain name.
I did that and SiteSupport suggested I try checking and sure enough, I had indeed, used a different email address to register the domain. Once I logged into THAT email account and found the email with the transfer code, all went smooth as glass.

If you have a domain name only through GoDaddy, what you will need to do is to update the nameservers to point to WA:
ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com
Then, you will need to migrate your free siterubix site to your domain name once the servers have been updated.

When Google searching "free wp membership themes" (without the quotation marks, of course) you may find a free theme that suits your needs.

As far as I know they are all paid subscriptions
Not exactly, more so just a format in which members buy products and gain access to a program or videos
Sounds like a subscription type site such as WA.
I can't help you as I don't know anything about them.
I would start by contacting @BoTipton as I think he said he had sites with paying members.
