It Is not Possible From the First to Reach a Completely Automated Habit-Reflections
It is not possible from the first to reach a completely automated habit--Reflections
Best wishes to all WA-ers.
I take up a topic to deepen it; you can only stay with the start.
And to stop.
It's not unusual. He who worked many habits, often stopped.
Even with a single habit: you may have started and stopped it many times.
But those who have experience do not give up; until it becomes a completely automated habit.
Why is this happening?
A habit becomes completely automated in, say, 3 weeks, so it's very easy to stumble, especially when you have a lot to do.
Example: to run 2 times a day for 3 minutes each; it took me about 3 weeks; even if a few times I ran only 1 time.
When you have experience and are modest, you succeed better.
Respectfully
Vasile,

The secret is, Vasile, that the more you do it on a daily basis, it becomes a lot easier for it to become a habit!
