Hi,
Last week I bought a domain @ godaddy.com "nextdoorparty.com" I transferred it over to WA. Changed DNS at Godaddy. When I go to build a new website for that domain I

Did this ever get resolved? I am having the same issue. Do you just have to wait?

Hey Vivienne,

Did you use the section at the bottom of Site Domains to add the website you're talking about?

Yes, I did but I got an "we are having difficulty on our end" message. Someone from support is looking in to it for me, too.
Thanks for your reply

Hmm. Sound like support are the best bet. Good luck!

Thanks.

You'll need to go to Site Rubix > Site Builder to install WordPress on the website before you can add content.

Thank you for your reply to my question. Site support helped me out and I was able to get in and start adding posts to my site. I'm glad I found WA because there is lots of help and I am learning how to actually work with these programs, so my site, which had for some reason locked me out on the other platform is now accessible to me and I've been able to add back the content that was originally on it. I'm really happy about this. :)

Site Domains is for domain names you've bought at WA or have transferred the registration to WA. You need Site Manager or Site Builder to get started with your website.

I don't think the domain was actually transferred. There is a 60-day lock on transferring domains. Therefore, it is still Registered at GoDaddy, but the DNS has been updated so you should not be getting an error in SiteBuilder. I'm assuming that's where you got your error. If you cannot create a site in SiteBuilder, submit a ticket to SiteSupport because your DNS is fine. (I did a whois lookup to check).
