I answered you in the other question you had, but you should really follow the lessons to learn how to write your articles, if you do that, you will learn the SEO that you need for your content.
If you are adamant about hiring someone, I would suggest a site like fiverr.com instead of asking here as everyone here is building their own business and usually won't have the extra capacity to take on more work.

You want to narrow it down because you are serving to a particular audience, you are going to be known for this one niche. You can narrow a topic like Sports down to indoor sports or kids sports or sports for women, which still has many products you can sell for example.
