Maybe it is because of your approval rating.
There must be a reason for getting comments disapproved.
Are your comments helping the website owners?
Remember, that you are not supposed to give feedback about the website in your comments.
You have to leave comments as if you were a regular visitor to that site.
So your comment has to relate to the article and it is best to include a question.

I then type in the keyword or keyphrase I wrote a specific post for once the results are on the webpage I use control-f to pull up a find box, type my website in and see if I am in the results.
Another method is to use Google Websmaster tools, search console, but typically you will only really see where a page is at if your getting traffic
https://www.semrush.com/ gives a pretty good breakdown of which keywords you are ranking for.
https://www.searchenginegenie.com/google-rank-checker.html
This one is good to check if your ranking for a specific keyword or phrase
https://www.seocentro.com/tools/search-engines/keyword-position.html Is another good tool to use to see if a specific page is ranking for a specific keyword/phrase
