With the "Anyone can subscribe" box unchecked, can no one subscribe? If not what are the requirements to subscribe if someone wanted to?
I have had that happen a few times as well. One day I will remove them. One way to find out is to send them an email and request they respond or they will be removed. Bots will not respond and you will find out which ones are serious. If they respond, keep them, if not delete them. :)

Thank you for this post. I also got a couple over the last couple days, only three or so. But they all had the same domain name: goverloe.com. So i deleted them. At first I was happy as my blog is new, so subs were great to get, but I know better than not to listen to Loes and the experts here. Rather let them go instead of my blog getting spammed !

I have been trying to get my social meta data to work so that it shows something for the open graph in facebook mainly.
I went over the instructions like a thousand times
So far same results with the plugins yoast, get social, "Facebook Open Graph, Google+ and Twitter Card Tags", and "NextGEN Facebook (NGFB)".... Getting a killer headache trying all these with no results.. I'll pick it up again later I guess, Thanks for trying!

I use "get social" it is really a simple plugin, but I like that.
When I remember well, during install of the plugin he asked all the details like FB page or twitter name and so on.
But indeed I have installed YOAST SEO, it has his advantages and disadvantages comparing with all in one, for social media it is indeed better...
But I would start with the plugin...

Or just the code?
Both ways I try, i get the same error.
Ok, I think I got it working now.. Though I just refreshed the bing webmaster page and it didn't ask for verification again... It seems to be indexed....
You can verify your site with Bing by following the appropriate steps: Sign up for a Bing Webmaster Tools' Account. Once you are registered, you add your url. Then click verify. That should get you verified through Bing!
