I need some advice - I want to promote WA on my website but I also want to promote a product so will I need 2 different domain names with 2 different websites or can I combine them
You will need a separate domain for each website... One to promote WA, and the other for you niche website... You can add WA to your niche site too, but it's better to keep them separate...

I purchased a domain name on July 24th but I haven't received any confirmation yet. I would like to finish setting up my website so I can get started with WA business.

No, I haven't got started. I'm lost here. The tech from namecheap.com said she did all the transfers for me but I still can't get my website set up with my domain names
OMGosh, Dorothy. I'm so sorry to hear that. But you can set it up yourself. Can you log in to your website?
Yes, I logged in and I took care of getting the necessary steps completed so now I just need to wait a day or so then I can get my website finished and start my business. Thx for the advice.
As Michelle explains, first you need to point the DNS address to the WA servers. You do this where you bought the domain.
Next, don't forget to ADD your domain name by inserting the name next to the CREATE DOMAIN field here at WA, as explained below

Hi, I did try to add my domain in that bracket put won't accept. Said not set up so I'm lost and I need help
Have you put in a hosting support ticket. I suggest you do that as they will be able to see what we can't:

When you purchased your domain, you should have been able to change the nameservers right then and have it moved to WA. Where did you buy your domain at?
Thx Michelle04 I finished the task yesterday so I should be good to go in a day or so. I bought my domains at namecheap.com and their tech was very helpful.

That is not definitely WA. How in the world did you get that email. I bought my domain from namecheap.com and set WA as my host. You will be guided through the process until you get done.
WA would never send you such an email and I have never registered any website with anyone, who is this email from? Can you please share with me and I will check it out for you.

That would largely depend on the nature of the other product you want to promote. Unless your WA promotion is closely related to your product, it would probably be best to keep the two of them completely separate by having two different domain names.
