How do I restore an item from the trash? I deleted my mistake, not sure how I did it?

Go yo your pages page.
Below add new, you will see your pages- All, Published,and Draft.
Next to or close by, you will see your Trash.
Click on your trash to open the page that shows al of your deleted pages. If you have pages listed, you can restore them or delete permanently.
Check the pages you want to restore, select Restore, and your pages will return to the pages page.
The date goes for your posts.
If there are no posts or pages in your trash file, there is no way to fetch those documents.

Hello AbieAJ, If I can not edit in SiteContent why did you have me watch this video again, plus I went under post/pages tabs, click Trash to restore, and I can't I don't see anything.

Apologies, it you deleted it in WordPress it should be in the Trash can unless you deleted it permanently from the trash can.
I added the link for a walkthrough about site content however I wrote "don't think you can." - docs are not retrievable once deleted in site content.
Just to add if WA blog post, you would get a prompt middle of screen if wanting delete.

hey hi Dorothy -- perhaps a wee refresh or even a re-start might be of help -- give it a few seconds ... as on occasion, things just need to re-set itself, especially visuals ...

Scroll down to miscellaneous
Put your code in
Click save
Go back to Google console and click verify
