Hi - I think we had this discussion in Live Chat and couldn't figure it out. Go to your credit dashboard and scroll down to your credit history. You say you have an order number - at the end of that row should be a balance. What does it say? Here is an example from my account.
Jan 31, 2019 Cash Out CR-IYESSCX8 -51 $25.50 0
This shows I requested a cash out on 31 Jan of 51 credits which equals $25.50. This was paid on 1 Feb, leaving a zero balance.
Thank you Diane , the balance after my latest attempt to draw the cash is 1 credit. And after every attempt the balance does show that I have requested a cash out because the balance always goes down to something like 1 or 2 credits.
The next problem after that is that I still don't get the money sent to my PayPal and as for the cash balance showing the money I've made so far it keeps growing even when I have requested a cash out. Could it be that I'm not getting paid because I haven't made any premium referral yet?
Hi - no, you don't need to have any premium referrals. Are you sure you haven't used it for Site Comments? If you look down your credit history, it would show -$0.50 for each comment.
No I haven't used it for comments , I don't ask for comments that much plus i know I haven't. Hmmmm maybe it's something wrong with my account. Isn't there a way I can contact WA support for such issues
You can contact Site Support by clicking on the Help Center. They usually deal with website issues but may be able to help. Are you sure you have entered the correct PayPal address? It can be easy to just get one letter wrong.

Here's a post by an Awesome WA member regarding the use of qualified comments versus feedback on other websites and the criteria required to obtain & maintain your certified status which is 50 approved comments within a 30/31 consecutive day period ....and note that it is not considered an easy feat to maintain ... Earning with comments 5
