I haven't found on WP how to place a post and make it 'stay', always be the 1st post and not scroll down the page as new posts are added. I tried telling it over and over, it
You make what is called a sticky post - open your post in the editor - to the right you'll see Publish - click on the Edit button beside Visibility - here's a link to a screen shot

Once open now click - Stick this post to the front page - and then click Update, and here's a link to that screenshot.

Hope this helps
Thanks Leo. The cool Gravitar man..
While I am on a role...I put a "-" in the wrong spot creating a website...not seeing where to move/change it? (send it to support)
(just noticed "-" looks like a face)

In a Kyle training for WA Bootcamp to reach Vegas, he suggests giving away one of our free websites in lieu of signing them up for the 2 Free Website via the link...so my quest
The simplest thing to do is to admin a person to the account as an administrator. You then can check in on progress and drop them if they aren't interested.
I would say that you give them an admin account to that website, and let them know that if they do not log in for a period of 90 days, you will assume they are no longer interested and will delete their access.
Hey Mel, that is a great idea. Walkin thru...create site, at admin, wp, allow them user access so they can go in to build? I have that part...How to get them into WA, user/password so that they can go to admin is puzzling to me? Or so as use the training on my premium member shop.....really would be easier process of they just signed up.....I realize this only a method if hesitation or reluctance to take the starter deal...
Thanks again for your thoughts, Mel
Don
No, you would direct them to domainname.siterubix.com/wp-admin - They can log on there using the credentials, but would not have access to anything else other than the free website.

If we give one of our free websites to someone, can we transfer ownership so that person will have direct access through admin to WP? if not, them how it that transaction to b
Let's assume you want to sell one of your sites. I know one guy here who do just that, and recently he has sold one of his sites for $25,000. What he did was, encouraged the buyer to get a hosting somewhere, perhaps Bluehost or Hostgator, and then transfer website files to the new host after the deal was sealed.
The advice given to now is good...Have that person sign up for a free account...Even if they do not want to pay, they can take the free courses while in the trial phase, and keep the free website thereafter....
The other advantage is that if they sign up under your affiliate link, you get the credit, and once they see the great services and training available here, they may upgrade....
If you did not want to get paid for this, you can always return your commission payments, so they would essentially be getting the service for half price....Although I am not sure I would do this, I do not believe this goes against any rules, it is your money...
Cheers!
Dave
This is what came to mind immediately: have them sign up for free themselves - with your affiliate link. SO, if they decide to stay, you get the credits.
