Turning Daily Tasks Into a Money Maker
It's that time of year when Dwaine and I are preparing for our winter stay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. And as I pulled out my bags and suntan lotion, it struck me that I may just have some tips to offer my readers at Cowboy Concierge on how to pack for a warm weather resort stay.
After a few minutes on Jaxxy, I found some great keywords to use for my article. I researched a few other websites for some format ideas and to see if there was anything I was missing on my lists. (Being two men, my list is very male-centric, so I needed some help to fill out the items women need.)
But what I found is that it's not the actual items so much as the reasoning behind them that is important - and that's exactly what I have to offer. I know why I take an outlet splitter in my carry-on. I know why I take poly-blend socks instead of all-cotton. And I know how to make the whole packing experience a lot easier. And, of course, if there's an Amazon product involved, a little ad placement is always a great idea.
It took about two days to get my post to publishing quality, but it's going to be a work-in-progress for some time. Each trip is different, and the list for a warm weather resort will be quite different from that for an ocean cruise or a land tour in Denmark. And each list will be able to feature a different set of travel items that are custom-made to solve any problems encountered in preparing for your trip.As you go about your daily routine, stay aware of all that knowledge you're carrying around in your head, and think about how you can share it with others. That information is valuable, and your readers will thank you for it.
