ADDING A HEADER BUTTON
How can I add a contact header?
ADDING A HEADER BUTTON
Hi,
It depends which theme you are using. Some themes have a contact option in the header built in. Others don't.
The best place to check if your theme has that feature would be to go under "Customize". (under Appearance)
If your theme does not have that option you could create a page called "Contact" and add it to your header/top menu which will bring them to that page where you can add a contact form.
Hope that helps.

DO I NEED TO BUILD A SITEMAP
Your SEO plugin can do it for you Sitemap: Using All in One SEO Plugin Sitemap: Using Yoast SEO Plugin Sitemap: Submit to Google Search Console
You, no. Use a plugin to create one, yes. Submit it to the search engines, yes. It will be covered in your training.
I'll agree with the previous comments and add one last helpful tip. Your sitemap will be built automatically with your SEO plugin and will follow the naming convention of:
yourwebsite.com/sitempap.xml
I would recommend doing a manual sitemap submission on Google Search Console any time you post a new blog post or make any significant changes to your site. This helps speed up the process of getting indexed because it lets Google know that you've adding something that you want it to see.
You can also request indexing on individual pages and posts on Google Search Console. I do this each time I publish any new content on my site.
I hope this helps.
No, you do not actually manually build your sitemap. You SEO does that part, you will just submit your sitemap in Google Webmasters.
Hope this is helpful.

How can I put different images on each page in the back round
Personally I think this is a bad idea, as the goal is to establish a theme, not just the theme that runs your site, but your brands theme as well.
I think you would do better with a different picture at the top of each page. This is just my opinion.
Hope this was helpful.
