Procrastination-The bane of my existence!
I’ve been putting off writing this post for a while. See what I mean about procrastination.
I’ve named myself the King of Procrastinators & I come by this title honestly.
I will say that I’m getting a little bit better. Now at times when I think about doing something later, I order myself to do it now. I have a great feeling of great accomplishment when I do it.
Unfortunately I can’t follow my orders enough to quit procrastinating totally, even though I know it will make me feel better & my life easier .
I know all the common ways to quit but I’d like to ask you all if you have a different or unusual way to change my bad habit. If you do please let me know about it.
Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem with procrastination. I try to do something on my site every day. Be it big or small.
Have a great weekend,
Mickey
Don... i've been there too!
Remember the small little victories you've had over the procrastination. The next time the urge comes, remember how satisfying it was to conquer it. Use that to fuel the motivation!
Thank you for sharing! you're certainly not alone.
cheers!

Its about time and money, some times. No need to beat yourself up.. Just gently walk into new behaviors. "What is the solution to this situation?" That releases the brain to look for the next step toward your desired end. Jeffrey
If you love yourself it would not cost you to quit smoking. I left him at 27. I end the nightmare for me.

I am a world class procrastinator (got fired from a high paying project managers role once partly due to it) and, like many here I work hard to get around it.
To be honest, the best thing that works for me is to steer into the skid so to speak. I know I am going to do it, so I let myself. As long as I timeblock, I give myself some time to stuff around and then get back into it without beating myself up.
Once I accepted it for what it is, I was able to come to terms with it and I actually manage it quite a lot better. That said, it is a lot easier to manage when you do something you love such as build websites.
