2 - Is it ok take a screenshot of the youtube video and use it as an image? I found

Yes, you can use any YouTube video on your site that has a share option.
As far as a screenshot of the video, I wouldn't think that is allowed unless it is your video.

Yes, you can use any YouTube video on your site that has a share option.
As far as a screenshot of the video, I wouldn't think that is allowed unless it is your video.
