You can buy country specific domain names. I suggest just using a multi-lingual plugin such as WPML or Google Translate.
I am going to use WPML's paid plugin. It is by far the best.

If you mean your WA Profile user name -- you can only change it one time (once) so please ensure you have the exact correct spelling of your new username for editing ...
Go to your WA Profile >> Account Settings >> General Settings >> Username > edit (only one time change) and save ... and that will do it ...
