Why aren't we receiving the appropriate credits earned for the training tutorials we've created for the community?
They are NO longer displayed alongside each
Carson just responded to me and indicated that there is a 'problem' with credits not being applied and he personally is gonna look into it.
At least, now the appropriate attention is being applied to the situation I feel this will be resolved.

Lets spread this post to the others in this situation. Maybe something will be done or answers provided, because we don't know the algorithm formula and therefore haven't a clue as to what we SHOULD be credited and when, so we're kinda screwed in that regard.
Maybe some traction on this story might hopefully stir up a hornets nest, if that's what needs to be done???? Wouldn't hurt to get others involved.

No you are not. I have no idea how trainings get credits, asked a few times and received answers which I could not understand, so I just gave up.
All of that information is still available at the Credit Dashboard in the drop down menu under our profile picture.
I'm not so sure. Support said they were tweaking the program and would have it up 'in awhile'??? I have NO IDEA if I'm being properly credited for the trainings, cuz I know many would have qualified for payout credits based upon past experience with my trainings, but no new credits have been added to my account and
I also haven't received any emails letting me know the credits have posted, so I'm not real sure what is being done. With 40+ likes and comments & interaction on a given training usually was more than enough to reach earned credit and elected payment threshold status if chosen, previously???

Support told me that they were re-tooling this asset and that it would be back up sometime. I also didn't earn any credits for April, since apparently this tool drives the method to determine when payout level has been attained, cuz I am pretty sure that at least a few my last training videos have reached this point based upon past experiences, but yet nothing.
I think they should figure a way to give us the credits since we weren't warned about the re-tooling. We'll see what happens,have a great week Brian.
