Sharing On Google Plus
I've heard in our training that if we want to keep our "google love" we should only share one post per day on Google Plus.
Lately I've been trying to go to G+ and +1 on posts made by my WA friends. I've been noticing that many have been sharing multiple posts every day. I wondered if that was hurting ranking with google.
What is your experience?

You should share your content as you create it on Google Plus and you can share more than one post per day, you just don't want to share the same posts over and over again on G+ (as that will be viewed as spam).
Thanks Kyle. I thought I was probably confused since I saw others doing that, but I wanted to be sure. I want to keep all the google love I possibly can!
Multiple posts of the same content might be a problem, or posts that contain no content with affiliate links. Other than that I don't think it hurts to share different posts on the same day. I even share the same post with a different little blurb to several communities within G+
Within those communities I also plus one and share other good content and in return others do the same for mine.

Thanks. I felt like it must be ok since so many people were doing it, but I don't want it to hurt my ratings or site trust or anything after I've been working so hard to get my page going.

I don't share posts with Google daily. But I guess that would be a good idea!
