This Year is Different
2020
Some say that whatever you are doing on the first day of the New Year will set the pace for the year to come. The benefit of 2020 is the extra day we have because it’s a Leap Year! How does it get any better than that!
Slow and Steady is my pace and will be my pace. I’ve changed direction from Boot Camp to OEC. Boot camp offers the best commissions and recurring commissions, but OEC seems to give me better opportunities in nearly endless niche markets.
Began OEC level 2
Yesterday, I began level 2 in OEC and I have my first products to market. That’s putting the cart before the horse, but I’ll get that cart in the right place! My studies in Boot Camp have somewhat prepared me in the basics as I visit them again in OEC. My goal in OEC is to begin earning this year by building solid content and doing what must be done.
The Plan
- Work diligently on OEC every day.
- Write 3 Blog posts here per week.
- Continue with Home Improvement Projects.
- Finished Small Bathroom Tile..
- I’ve also caulked around the toilet and tub.
Next
- Paint Main Bath
- Two sinks in Main Bath
- Update Shower access
- Pain Kitchen
- All new Floor Moldings.
I can manage about 4 house a day with breaks in the home stuff. Since this place is a double-wide on a foundation, and it is not well made. In 20-years I’ve replaced the hot water heater twice, the furnace once, the Air-conditioning once, put a new sink in the kitchen. I’ll be up to date by spring when I can make needed repairs on my car.
These things are only half my day. Aside from eating, cooking, and sleeping, I’ll be here learning and expanding.
