Tai Chi
First Class in Tai Chi ever.
Last night, a first class. I learned the introductory move, which 8 of us racticed ffor an hour.
It's hard to believe the changes. Last night, arriving home, I could barely stay awake until sundown. When I retired for the evening, I slept like a log.
Today, I'm bursting with energy. I finished two "get ready for fall projects, went through my posts checking links and refining content, and soon I'll be off to drop off a clothing donation.
Part of the class says to do what I've learned two times a day, morning and night. And, the instructor call the practice "play."
More energy, clearer mind. I'm hooked. This is better than the other exercises I have tried.

Hi David, Tai Chi has a great amount of health benefits asides from it's defense mechanisms, especially when you combine it with meditation.
