Hi there! So I have been through the Niche video and Kyle's blog and I am now to the task of coming up with my niche. I have a question about my potential niche. I am involved
Your passion is what brings you happiness for the most part. Can you monetize that is the question you have to find the answer to and that is the investing your time part or business side. Niche is the "thing" your passionate about(because you have a lot to contribute and are passionate about it) or that slice of the market that your going to invest a lot of that passion into to making money. Of course you can have a passion that doesn't make money but is still fulfilling. I haven't figured that one out yet other than giving back as you grow in wealth.
Do what you are passionate for. Don't hold back on any of them. Remember you can have 25 websites which is 25 different domains. So you write about them all and be happy at the same time. You don't need the help with the niche don't be scared to move forward you already know what you want to do. Put your heart into what you are passionate about.
Thanks Karla! Yes I do know what I want to do but wouldn't be able to apply this to my existing belly to belly companies I don't think. I could definitely branch out and research affiliate marketing for what I want to do, so you have gotten me thinking about that now. Thanks so much for your help :)
A niche can be on anything interesting that you are passionate about or willing to learn more. Most importantly something you have lots to right about.
Ideally go with affiliate companies that pay well. But if you have nothing interesting to write except for promoting products that would not work out in the long run. Your site needs to offer viewers information that will help them out. When you gain their trust they may consider buying products you offer.
This is a long term business and you need to look beyond affiliate commissions. You get the idea :)
