My Parents Found My YouTube Videos

Ever since I began my online marketing journey almost four years ago, I've kept my parents in the dark with regards to what I was doing. Part of it was because I felt they wouldn't understand.

Also, I didn't want to feel judged.

With my parents, if you don't see results, then you're wasting your time.

Anyways, last month I tried explaining to my mom what I've been doing all this time on my laptop; but I don't think she fully understands.

I don't blame her though... it took me forever to understand this business.

Well last week, my parents bought a smart TV and my little sister logged in to her YouTube account and my parents saw my videos.

They actually took the time to watch every single video I'd uploaded; so my sister warned me.

Turns out my mom noticed how happy I was in the videos and she finally understood. My parents finally understand that THIS makes me happy.

The building my very own online business is my purpose. It's the happiness they always feared I'd never find.

Well that was a relief. I'm glad my parents understand my vision now though. It's very difficult to succeed at anything in life without a support system. Now that my parents are in my corner, there's no stopping me.

So yeah... just wanted to share with you guys how eventful my weekend was.
