Went Premium with little time to spare

So I went premium with 3 hours left of my trial. I didn't make a website or narrow down a specific niche quite yet. So why go premium?

Well, I have some great ideas for a website, it will just take some time. I spent the last 4 days rattling my brain for a niche. I changed my mind multiple times, convinced myself that some ideas won't work or I don't know enough about a certain topic people would be interested in. Basically, too much self doubt plagued me. I do this sometimes, especially when I face something new and unknown. It's easier to run then face a hurdle or challenge.

I've done this once before. I started Massage Therapy School in 2013. I was ready to quit. In order to get a full refund, I had like 2 months. As the 2 months were almost complete, I had a letter written and ready to be sent to the program director. I thanked them for their time and effort in helping me learn, but Massage Therapy wasn't for me. The truth is, I was overwhelmed and underestimated how much work is required to be a therapist. It was stressful working full time, then going to school 4 times a week from 6pm-10pm and losing some time on weekends for miscellaneous school classes etc... I had no time for my family or myself. I was about to click on the send button, literally. My wife told me no. She didn't want me to just up and quit something. She hates seeing me gone, but knew I wanted to become a Therapist and make a change in my career. She supported me.

See, the key word from the short story above is support. I was ready to quit WA too, except I didn't have to write a letter. Here, it's easier to just give up. All it required me to do was not comeback to the website again, pretty simple. However, I'm trying to make positive changes in my life. I made a list of goals 3 years ago when I was getting frustrated with my job. I needed change. I've always wanted to go into business for myself one way or another, but I was terrified, well, I still am terrified. However, WA provided me something that I didn't quite suspect, loads and loads of support.

So with all that said, I went premium knowing I have support. Which is key, not just for myself, but anyone looking to do something different or challenging. Having 24/7 help is hard to pass up. So now I'm taking a big leap of faith and pushing myself to do something new.

That's awesome!

Right on. It's all good.

I think you've made the right decision staying! There's a lot to learn here and the community is so supportive, like you said. Ask for help and help will be there! As for the niche, I would say not to let yourself stay stuck on thinking for one, choose one that you think might be suitable and continue on with the training, as you progress with the training you may think of something better and it's not too difficult to redo the early stages of the training at that point for a new site. I wish you the best of luck here!

Thanks, appreciate it! I have some ideas, but may take some time to develop.
