Can I get a receipt for payment to WA if i upgrade to yearly payments? I own a company offline and was going to file it as a business expense next year on taxes?
Oh yeah, forgot there is a cc option too isn't there. You might want to PM Kyle or Carson and see what they say. I'd be interested myself in knowing the answer. :)

Can I get a receipt for payment to WA if i upgrade to yearly payments? I own a company offline and was going to file it as a business expense next year on taxes?
This is an issue I am not happy with. I used to pay for WA using paypal monthly and then stopped for a month as my credit card was stolen and I had to get a new one. When I re-signup I used my credit card and not via paypal. Then I did not receive any receipts. I messaged Kyle a few days ago and got quite a rude answer just saying that WA does not give out receipts and I should ask my bank for such. My bank only has my statements, which is not a receipt. I'm doing my yearly accounts for 2014 and this is causing me a big headache.
I wrote back to Kyle asking him to please just make a word or exel document with WA details, my company name, the amount and dates which hopefully will solve my problem. I also queried if it was legal in the USA not to give out receipts. I know in Europe that is illegal. That has been 2 days now and he has not written back. Very bad customer service.
I had changed to the yearly membership late last year and got a receipt for the yearly payment. I still have 5 months of missing receipts. To be honest if I don't get any reply I'll just not renew my membership.
