Was my sale a fluke?

Last month I made a couple sales on my site www.thebestorganicskincare.com

Since then, I haven't made any sales. I am starting to wonder if it was just a fluke. I worry that my niche is too big. I worry that I am putting all this work into something that doesn't pay. Is organic skin care a lucrative market?

I started this site before coming to WA, so it isn't created with WA training. I have implemented WA techniques and I have learned a lot here, and it has increased my traffic, but I still wonder if I should start another site that is more niched down....problem is, I have 3 sites already...and little time to work on them all!

Successful people on WA don't seem to post their websites, so I can't even see what a money-making site looks like.....

I guess I am just feeling a bit burnt out. I want to keep moving forward, I love to write and I love promoting beauty products, I just worry that my site is too bloggy, and not really what wealthy affiliate teaches.

Sorry if this blog post seems all over the place, I am really just thinking out loud here :)

Organics are becoming more and more popular especially as people are becoming more aware of how the chemicals going into the body through all sources and especially foods and personal care items can have a negative effect on the immune system and help to open the door to cancer! So hang there and keep following the training!

I feel a similar way about my site. That wally-wiki tips guy basically told me a while back that my site sucks and that there is nothing unique about it, so why would any want to visit it. Since then I have had zero motivation to post or even look at my site.

Before that I was going through the action plan and thought I was doing pretty well. It's amazing how much negative comments can have an effect on one's motivation.

I haven't touched anything to do with internet marketing for weeks now and have pretty much concluded in my mind that it's pointless as "all the good unique ideas are taken."
What is one to do?
my site is http://www.inshapeinweeks.com

it is to easy to get down, but the only way to be successful is to keep working at it! I found this post and it really helped me :) The Right Questions Are The Key To Your Success

Your site looks really good! You can do it! we all can!

Thank you so much for showing me that post! That explains a whole lot! I noticed when I'm in doubt I'll ask myself questions like "why does my site suck so much?" In reality, I could have a great site but still find flaws. Similar questions are "Why can't I be successful?" which I find is one of the worst as that paralyzes me.

I can't believe I was so blind to my own self questioning. That's probably why I've noticed such a drop in motivation lately. Looking back, I realize when I first got started again and built up my site initially, I didn't use negative questioning. The issue is when I enter roadblocks or doubt I have tended to use negative questioning to figure out what's wrong. As a result, over time I start to "burn out." Man, just goes to show how negativity and self destruction can slip by our conscious mind so easily.

I guess a better set of questions would be, "How can I overcome this roadblock and become successful?" Or, "How can I improve what I've already accomplished?"

I did a search in google trends for organic skin care products, this is the result. http://www.google.co.uk/trends/explore#q=organic skin care

I personally am interested in organic skin care and do buy products online (in the UK). I like your site and I can tell you actually care about what you're selling, that's important to me when I buy. A lot of the training here is about building trust and that takes time. I would stick with it, keep adding content and connecting with your audience. :)

thanks Kathy, sometimes all we need is a little encouragement :)

Do you ask for critiques of your website. There are a lot of sharp folks here who can help

i haven't done the site feedback yet, i have very little time to write feedback for others right now..... so I haven't been able to get any on mine....

This is another place you can ask for feedback Please Give Me Feedback on My Website
