Another All Nighter

Took a nice, very relaxing time out with my family to make sure we stay connected and focused on the important things. Now it's time to get back to business. There is much catching up to do. Both in the home as well as in the "home office" but even more catching up to do in my self-development regiment. So true, my friend. Great quote! The better we can make ourselves, the more good we can do for everyone else. Far as all-nighters go, I know what you mean. I do those all the time, whether I intend to or not. For some reason, this kind of thing lends itself to quiet times of night with fewer sounds and distractions. It's not so much that I can't write at all during the day, but rather that I'm more "in the zone" during the post-midnight hours.

I feel you. I am the same way. Focus time is better in the twilight hours.

Every night is an 'all nighter' for me. I sleep during the day (health issues) but I find I do the best work during the night and early hours. Each to your own, I guess. I'm just about to go sleep right now haha :D

Love the dedication but you really need your sleep- 7.5 - 8.5 hours should be your minimum regimen. This will improve your creativity and mental alertness by 4 or 5 times so you will not only get more done but be way more productive!

sleep is actually the most important thing and the first thing we all cut out for all nighters - it's not just good for health, immunity, repair, but also we can get twice as much done with twice a much brain power when we have 8-10 hours sleep

that said, I did 2 all nighters myself this week - it ain't always easy do the right thing when you just want to get something done, but at least I know I did the wrong thing!

Yes, we all fall short somewhere. Power naps and meditation has helped me tremendously though. Thanks for sharing.

I'll be home in a couple hours. Hopefully I can do something with the business.
