If you click on Account Settings (lower left corner) and then go to Subscription Settings, you will see that you can click on Manage under Membership. This is where you would cancel your account.
Also, if you have your own domain, you have 30 days to find a new host for your website. Just something you should be aware of, if you do have your own domain.

Why do you want a new user? If you just want all your posts and pages to be in your own name then you can change Admin to your own name without creating a new user Change Admin to Your Own Name WordPress keeps changing all the time and it's virtually impossible to keep updating the training videos every time WordPress updates.

That is a monthly membership. They do that already - at a higher price. The discounted should be paid in full to take advantage of it, have you looked into a PayPal Credit account? That should help, the PayPal payment would be low.

Hi. I liked your # 2 option, but the domain is already taken. Also, it is not super important to have a domain full of keywords. Your posts are going to be getting ranked within Google and the other search engines, and that holds a lot more weight than the actual domain name.

Is it better to choose a website with lots of download or with lower downloads?
example when you click on detail on the bottom of a website to choose ffrom you see the number of Stars ect, and at the lower left botttom there is a graph showing the downloads and the quantity of downloads.
I think your talking about "Theme", am I right?
You should choose a theme with many downloads. I made the mistake of choosing one with less downloads and there were almost no update of the theme. So I had to change it because I was having many problems on my website.
