Wealthy Affiliate Terms of Service
So, just for interest, or perhaps this could be useful when advising starter members who are considering going Premium. When you actually enter your payment details on the platform, you are asked to confirm you agree to the Terms of Service. Hands up, who actually bothered to read them?
I suspect most people simply check the box and pretend they have read them. And that is why we see so many members complaining that their further payments have been taken without their permission.
I won't be commenting or answering questions on the actual content of the terms, as that is Kyle's jurisdiction.
Interestingly, this is simply an abbreviated version of the terms that new members are presented with when adding their payment details. The full Terms of Service is much more detailed.

Billing
Your Wealthy Affiliate billing profile is set to bill on "monthly" or "yearly" recurring intervals. At any time, you may cancel your recurring billing and retain access to Wealthy Affiliate until the end of the current billing cycle. You are under no obligation or contract to continue your membership at Wealthy Affiliate and you have full control over your billing and payments.
Dissatisfaction
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services of Wealthy Affiliate, we will work with you to try and resolve the issue. You are under no obligation to continue with Wealthy Affiliate and can cancel your membership at any time.
Membership Termination
It is your responsibility to cancel your recurring subscription if you wish to discontinue your service with Wealthy Affiliate. Cancellation can be done at any time from your account settings page within your membership. You may also cancel your recurring billing at any time through your PayPal account.

Wealthy Affiliate is provided as-is with no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I will admit that I didn't read, just scanned them, but it tells you when you sign up how you will be billed. So that shouldn't come as a surprise to people. At least you wouldn't think.

Hi - we are actively encouraged to share WA posts elsewhere, which on the face of it, goes against these terms and conditions. I don't think you have done anything wrong.

I do tend to speed read Terms and Conditions Diane, slowing on anything that doesn't look right or any legalese that sounds particularly complicated.
I have changed my mind about joining sites at times because of their T & C's.
I am also that person who rejects all cookies and objects to all partners using my details on sites. If its a pop up that has to be clicked to off for every one of the hundreds of partners then I leave the site.
