Try Google's Image Analysis Tool
So, did you know you can get traffic to your site through a Google image search?
(But if you are simply using stock, copyright-free images, they will not be selected by Google).
And, if somebody is searching for an image, how does Google decide what results to show?
Well, one of the options they use is their own Image Analysis tool.
And you can try it yourself with your own images.

Let's see it in action.
Here, I have uploaded my own photo with a birdie friend!
So, first, Google analyzed my face and decide that I am expressing joy!
Now we look at what objects Google has found.
Four people, a bird, a table and clothing!
Moving on to Labels, this appears to identify as many different aspects of the image as possible.
Not sure what the 90% Organ relates to! Skin, maybe?
You can also see what Google finds under the headings of Text, Properties, and Safe Search.
Safe Search looks for Adult, Spoof, Medical, Violence, and Racy content!
If any of these are found, then your image will not be displayed to those who have the Safe Search setting on the browser.
Try it just for fun!

Organ - possibly Organic? (Original)
e.g.: The picture is 90% original in nature.
Scrap that - from trying a couple of photos, it appears Labels are what Google thinks it sees in the photos.
Why it thinks there is an Organ in your photo I cannot tell, yes, I suppose skin could be classified as an organ.
