A New Research Tool

So, just a quick post today to draw your attention to a research tool, that is very similar to using People Also Ask in Google.

However, it does provide a lot of results all in one go, without a lot of clicking to get further into the search.

https://alsoasked.com/

Do be aware that you only get 3 free searches, so use them wisely, and you don't have to sign up.

Let's see it in action.

I am going to use the keyword "How to Plant a Hanging Flower Basket"

As you can see, it shows you 3 subcategories, and then further related questions.

(Sorry, it's a bit blurry!)

So, in effect, you now have 17 questions that people are genuinely typing into Google.

You could use them as subheadings, or explore further to create another post.

For example, I can click on the + sign next to "How Many Plants Do You Put in a Hanging Basket"

Here's the result.

Do be aware that clicking on any of the + signs does count as one of your 3 free searches.

Now, you have a further 4 subcategories and a further 15 questions.

Enough to keep you going for a while?

Very interesting Diane, and looks like a great research tool, but... do you really think that this is better than using the " People Also Ask in Google" technique?

From what I have read, 3 free searches are permitted per month here without any payment, but with Google it is unlimited daily!

I have absolutely no doubt that some fabulous Keywords can be found using this tool, have you used it much to benefit your own research my friend??🤔

Hi - to be honest, I have only just found it and used up my 3 searches to experiment for this post!

As you say, in effect, it's the same as People Also Ask, but could be seen as time-saving and more focused, because you can see a lot of results instantly, rather than just 3 or 4 and having to dig deeper.

Aahh ok, that's fair enough Diane!

I can see this as a time saving tool though... I sometimes get lost down the rabbit hole when using People Also Ask!

Hey Diane, Thanks!

You're really great at keeping everyone informed, helping people, and I'm sure a lot of other things too :)

I was going to ask you a question, but in answering Joseph's (JoeRebisz) question, you answered mine as well.

This is that the 3 free searches are every month, not just one time. (I am correct about that, right?

Again, thanks!

Zach "The Prosperous View"

Yes, every month.

Thanks!

Seen something like this before but certainly looks like a tool that would very useful.

Thanks

Mick

Very interesting, indeed, Diane!

Jeff

It's a bit like a mind map. Looks very useful, thanks.
