I am about to start writing a new blog post . Can you use two or three keywords in the one post.
hmm...if you take a rifle and fire one bullet comes out, if you fire a shotgun masses of pellets come out.
now imagine standing 30 feet away, which do you think will have more impact.
for me the rifle with one bullet, most of the pellets will miss me.
so this is the same with keywords, a single targeted keywords will talk directly to the target audience, a number of keywords will not be of interest to most of your audience, unless they are very similar.
the main thing to do is to find the associated words google is looking for around the one keyword you are thinking of using..the lsi keywords.
so building a wall will have mortar, trowel, bricks, etc all added v within the article and google will know that you know what you are talking about.
focus on one main idea for your article, don't make it too broad.
visitors come looking for answers, don't try to distract them.
good luck Diane

I just published an article entitled “keto and vegetables - getting your daily green” my target keyword, the one I entered in the SEO key word field was “keto and vegetables” I used it in the title, first paragraph and last paragraph.
But if you search in Jaaxy, you’ll find thousands of keto related keywords. I’m sure that my article I probably inadvertently hit on several. Sometimes I think to Google, everything is a key word.
So, while everyone say don’t target too many keywords, I don’t think including them organically, in the natural flow of your writing is going to hurt. But if you force them in awkwardly and repeatedly, everyone says the GoogleBots will bust you.
I would not overdo it. One keyword that you will be using in your title and in the first paragraph, plus one or two times in the rest should be enough.

Helen is correct - you need to make your Home Page a static page. It doesn't matter if you're using a custom builder or not. How To Set Up a Static Home Page or Landing Page vs Default Blog Roll
Hi Nathaniell, I actually tried to find the theme Diane noted but couldn't find a trace of it. My bloodhound searching ability let me down!
Diane, you need to make that page a static page. I did a tutorial on this and here is the link.
Following it you will see you need to create a blog page too. Static Landing Page - My step by step way pictorially
Great. I was wondering this same thing! Thanks for sharing your knowledge, Helen!
Best wishes,
Karin 😁
Thanks Karin, the nice thing about WA is how knowledge spreads even to those who find it by accident.
Thanks Helen it seems that if you make a custom landing page with a plug in because of theme it won't become your homepage which is what I wanted to . Thanks anyway

I am really struggling to get ideas for content to put on my social media channels I have posted my posts on Facebook,Pinterest,Twitter and are not getting any interest
You might like to check out Kat Sullivan's website. She's the owner of Marketing Solved and an expert on social media engagement. Kat offers payed services, of course, but she's also very generous in giving away free advice, tips and tricks.
At https://www.marketingsolved.com you'll find loads of inspiration for you own social media strategy.
Good luck!
Great question, Diane!
It is an answer that i too am interested in.
I myself, post to all those same social media sites and never received any likes or re-shares and then suddenly, just recently in fact, now I see my site according to Google Analytics is being shared on Facebook and re-shared.
So, it could all be a matter of time. I've seen other marketers share their journey, positive quotes, and talk about their products. Some even share their personal life. I've heard others say share what you're niche is all about. I guess it is really up to you.
Again, I am not a social media pro. So, I can only share what I've seen people do.
I personally never post anything on social media besides my articles. I'm not saying this is the right way and I am not saying this is what you should do.
I have just decided to focus on my SEO more than social media because, I noticed social media didn't seem interested in what I had to say.
After I stopped focusing on the social media people started showing up to my site and sharing my post from social media.
Anyhow, the SEO is what will really drive your traffic.
What do people use to get good content for social media?

I need to how to find out the page rank of a website?I want to know this so I can guest blog but I want to high ranking site. Thanks in advance
"Page Rank" and "the ranking of a page" are two different things.
PR (Page Rank) is a so-called ranking metric from Google, which they deny using these days, but previously used.
PA is Page Authority, and can be found with various tools, like the one from MOZ https://moz.com/learn/seo/page-authority This is also a dubious metric for ranking websites, but people pay attention to it anyway.
The ranking of a "page" is just where your content ranks in Google. You can find this manually by searching, or by using a tool like Jaaxy's SiteRank.
Thanks EdwinBernard you always try to so helpful. Jaxxy will tell you that it is indexed but it doesn't give me the page ranking but thanks anyway.Have a good night or morning or afternoon don't where you are but have a nice time
