Christmas is already knocking on the door, and we cannot let it pass without enjoying and trul
y appreciating its Magical Spirit.

Instead of doing this, we continue to be in the haste of preparations for this important day: decorating the house and Christmas tree, the bustle of shopping, preparing culinary goodies, caring for what we will wear, sending messages with good wishes and much more.

BRING YOUR MIND HOME!

Every day we live at a large distance from ourselves, from our presence for our loved ones, from our experiences. But this period gives us the opportunity to disconnect from the intensity of the lifestyle, all ups and downs, from all the stress and fatigue accumulated during the year.

Take advantage and enjoy this moment to bring your mind home. Be present!

As adults, we forget to enjoy the Spirit of Christmas as we were children. But let’s not forget the Joy of Christmas is not just for the little ones.

Give up worries and be these days, child again; attentive, curious, observant, absorbed by every detail, fully involved in activities and playful in their exploration. Be present at what is happening both inside and around you.

Do small things, listen Carol songs, play in the snow, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallow, kiss your partner under mistletoe.

Pause, take a deep breath and live the Spirit and Magic of Christmas!

Put down your phone and be totally present with your loved ones; abandon your expectations, see the Joy in their eyes, give all the awareness to the conversations and you will discover that this present, this unity and connection is the most precious gift that you can offer. Because it makes you part of something that is bigger than yourself.

MY MAGIC WISHES FOR YOU!

I wish you to be able to offer your Mindful state, open heart and willingness to connect, as a gift to your loved ones; to find peace, joy, harmony, and brightness in your soul, to be grateful for their presence, for their happiness that comes from being close to you, and for the unconditional mutual love.

MY GIFT FOR YOU, WA FAMILY!

Although if we are not in the same city, state or even country, we are connected. I am Blessed that we are across each other and I deeply value our connection, which comes through our desire to learn and grow together.

My gift for you is my Gratitude!

Thank you from the depth of my heart, for your time, kindness, patience and knowledge which you shared with me, and especially for being my friend and my second family.

Merry "Mindful" Christmas!

With love,

Diana.

I love the idea of a "mindful" Christmas - that is, one where we can truly be with our family and friends.

We do not get too many of these Christmas days - they are very special. Just think, a whole lifetime with maybe 70 of these days.

We all need to remember those of us who are near and dear - and how much we mean to each other.

and Merry Christmas to you too!

Dave.

Hi Dave,

I hope you are still enjoying the last hours left from the Christmas before to return to the "reality".;-)

For sure, we should be more mindful of every each day of our lives; in our presence for the loved ones, in our daily actions, not just in the specific days of the year. This will offer us more balance in both personal and professional life.

Regards,
Diana.
