I don't want to get ahead of myself. Should I concentrate on the getting started courses or the affiliate boot camp?
Your best bet would be to start The Online Certification Course.
IMHO, it will be very hard for you to promote something that you have no knowledge of!
Go through the lessons, step by step.
Don't skip anything and remember the adage, ... crawl, walk and run.
NOBODY, starts at the top, unless, of course, your Dad owns the company. lol ...

I now have 2 websites that I purchased through other programs and paid big money for. Can I promote them or is it best to just start over?
why not look at transferring them over to WA. If you use the search bar above and search "transfer domains to WA" you will see both blogs and training on this.
Have a little read through then decide what you want to do. I transferred one of mine and it was super easy and means your sites are all in one place.
