There is SO much information,I’m going through the training but it’s daunting when I don’t truly understand things like keywords,SEO,niche markets ,etc.

Don't forget the searchbar at the top of the page for your inquiries. Type in what you need to know ie SEO and it will put up a list of training, blogs, etc.
Being overwhelmed definitely a familiar feeling to all of us.
Once you keep going through the training you will start to understand it more and more. Right now it will seem like a foreign language (and in a way, it really is lol).

A suggestion when watching these video take notes on them because then you have to refer to when working on your site.
That's a good idea. Even now, I don't remember certain stuff and I keep coming back and searching for the training I need lol
This way when you take the notes you can just look at them and take it from there. You are so very welcome too
