No, they don't - and the reason they don't is because their website is fully responsive, which means it works perfectly on a mobile device.
By NOT having an app they can put their entire focus on bettering the website, making the experience as great as possible.
If they created an app then they would have to split their focus... Adding features to the app, and adding features to the website... That becomes 2x the workload.
I'm curious as to why you need an app? Why not just add a bookmark to your home screen, which loads it instantly, acting exactly like an app?
I totally understand and appreciate that decision as that translates to more support for me if needed. Thanks.
