Who is determined to succeed?
Dear healthy and wealthy friends!!
My first blog for the year was going to be in my usual vein of words of encouragement. However, having watched this little video this morning (the first for the year), I could only think of us as Wealthy Affiliate marketers, who have the passion to succeed at any cost.
This video captures the attitude of the determined "spirit" of a little boy hard at work, but smiling in the face of personal struggle. He is also using what others may be taking for granted, as inspiration for his personal achievement and reward.
I cannot present it any better than this video... https://drive.google.com/open?...
Go, be a success story!

We could all take a bit of motivation from that little guy. He's all heart, grit, and determination! Thanks for sharing him with us, David! Carol
OMG god bless that little pumpkin, I literally have tears.
Thank you for bringing this little fighter to us. Positive and smiles.
This video will stay close to my heart, I will watch this every morning, and pray how this little guy showed us anything is possible.
Thank You D
A real tear jerker it is indeed. Glad you found it meaningful and can use it as resource.
Nice words there.
David
Yes Fleeky. Very inspiring. That smile is appreciating who you are. You are not comparing yourself to any other. My big brother is running up and down numerous times and I am moving at snail's pace. However, it doesn't matter.
David
So true... walking own path, repecting others...all at their own pace... and the wInner here is not the one you expect... it doesn not matter how fast...
I most certainly will do and will come back and let you know.
All the best to you too for 2018. xxxx
David, the determination in the wee boys eyes and the wee cheeky smile as if to say YES I will do this and then he was so pleased with himself when he slid down the chute.
I had a tear in my eye and a lump in my throat while watching this but I also was so proud of that wee boy as he would show a lot of people that you don't just give up, keep going and you will succeed.
Thank you for this David. xxxx
That's sweet Cheryl.
It is very inspirational but also an emotional example for us. The thing is, he has to live this attitude for his entire life in order to "survive" the constant challenge.
For us, we falter sometimes as we take life for granted and complain in the simplest of tasks and adversity.
David
Thanks David,
Being the mum of a 20 year old who has cerebral palsy and has never walked I can truly understand the difficulties and trials of everyday life that wee boy faces and to be able to get up the steps and use the chute is amazing and the look on his wee face says it all. He is so proud of himself and I bet he did it again and again and again.
I know the struggles that my son has had and things we have done to see if we could help him to walk but it wasn't to be and he has accepted that and has never complained although his twin is fine and has no problems.
We do take things in life for granted and it's not until we see people facing things like this that we really sit up and think what do we have to complain about. xxxxx
I hear your heart there Cheryl. You too are a fighter because of your first-hand experience and having to support your son in his condition. Tributes to you!!!
I am glad that your son hasn't complained. He too has a good attitude. Do you blog about his condition?
All the best!
David
Thanks David, it has been a struggle at times but Gavin is in his 3rd year at Uni studying PR and Media, has a great bunch of friends and is a very popular person with a lot of people as he has such a great outlook on life. I will put up an image of him to let you see that if you didn't know he had cerebral palsy you would probably never guess.
I never really think on blogging about his condition as we never really think about it, we just take each day as it comes and just do things as we have always done them. It just fits into your life and you never really give it a thought because we have done all these things for so long now.
Thanks very much for sharing, Cheryl.
Yes, he does look like a regular young man but then again, he is, really.
Thanks again for sharing some of your wonderful story with us.
All the best and much prosperity for 2018 and beyond!

Hi Gail!
Yes, it is both inspiring and emotional. A great combination in order to influence or motivate us into action and gratefulness.
Keep it close to your heart. That little guy has to live his life every day with a positive attitude in order to survive. Now and in the future.
Remember him always!
David
Will do. Thank you. :)
