Once upon a time in WA Land

Once upon a time in WA Land, there was a man called Stefani who believed he could do anything he put his mind too. His daily song was, “I can do it,” “I will do it,” “I have done it.” Every day he would begin and end his day with this. He chose a task, determined in his mind to do it and at the end of the day, he would tell himself, “I have done it.” He repeated this for some time and soon enough he began to grow in knowledge and experience. After a few more months he started to see some financial return for his efforts.

The more he learned the more he began to prosper. The more he prospered, the more excited he became. The more excited he became, the more he began to affect others with his free-spiritedness and success. The more successful he became, the more people joined him in WA Land. The more people joined WA Land, the more Stefani prospered. “Ok, you get the gist.” That’s me, the narrator. :)

This cycle repeated itself until Stefani got so wealthy, he decided to buy a jet and fly over to a land called Twittville. He would spend much time there and many wondered whether he was ever returning to WA Land.

After a while of steady success in Twittville as well, Stefani decided that he would document his winning methods and road to success, for others to follow. He was a thoughtful man so he wanted others to experience the joy of success. He contacted a research veteran called Mikey and asked for help in completing this task.

Mikey, the prolific writer that he is, hastily agreed to the task and in one day, had produced over 500 pages of solid content. Stefani was very impressed and could not contain his excitement. He rushed over to his friend Patty to tell her the news. Patty, who was having some problems all day with a virus, decided to smash her PC to bits in her excitement with a sledge hammer. (In the only dialogue allowed here by the narrator…) Stefani asked, “What on earth did you just do Pat?” Patty quickly retorted. “The virus was in my laptop…”

Meanwhile, it was Christmas time and every WA citizen was busy with the hustle and bustle of preparing their homes for the season. They expected lots of traffic and many visitors to drop by. Preferably lots of strangers to spend some time at their homes. (Strange bunch, aren’t they?) These visitors were expected to do some reading, comment a bit and leave with a few “priced” items. Of course the strangers would leave money for having spent time there. Occasionally, the visitors would return for more and the WA citizens were always prepared. Cookies were everywhere as the visitors were hungry.

WA Land always had lots of things to read about and many items for the taking. However, WA citizens wanted more. The traffic was not was not enough. Some of the visitors were surfers and had only stopped in briefly on their way to the beach. They were not too interested in leaving their names and address in WA land's mailbox. One man could fix this. His name was Stefani.

As everyone anticipated the new book by Stefani, a man called Ray Punkcut was busy preparing for the launch and was getting ready to…sorry…it has already started. “Tonight we announce the launch of Stefani’s new book featuring 7 Saucy Steps to Success.’” As everyone was glued to their screens and watching the training, the President and SEO, and the Vice President of WA land had heard about of Stefani’s success and decided to award him the post of Editor in chief of the first WA Land newspaper. Barbie was made senior investigative reporter and editor. Barbie, a talented and magical writer with much to offer to those who lingered. She would definitely be an asset whenever Stefani would be absent.

Let me know if to complete this story...

David, nice post... is Part 2 done yet? Jay

Things in WA Land are hectic.
Thanks for reading!
David

Very Interesting read Dave. I'd like to see the rest.

Great, Dean. You will probably get your wish.
David

Dave, you're contaminated by the little man in the red saucer.
I'm too scared to follow.....
Cheers Jae

Having a bit of fun Jae. That red saucer man is an inspiration with his jovial character. He is also a creative writer.
David

Thank you David, the honor is mine, wait let me take you for a flight over WA land, you will surely enjoy it. :)

Jae, follow the Saucecab for Winners, if you want to be a winner no fear!

Happy New Year!

Yes I want part 2 and I want it now.
You kept me reading until the end and I really want to know what happens next.
You are a brilliant creative writer. Kudos to you... now give me part two.
With Grace and Gratitude
Karen

With that affirmative demand, how can I resist, Karen. Thanks for the kind words.

David

You are first and foremost in the production lead David!. I wanna buy in to this eBook! Thank you!

Thanks, Mike. You are a star in here. Hope I did you justice. Just having a bit of fun. Most wouldn't think I have a fun side but I do. :)
David

I's great to have fun. I thrive on it. Some folks are propriety minded though, so have to always look both ways!

Understood Mike. After working hard, I figure some would enjoy a dish of fun (sometimes of ourselves). I also get to practice my writing skills. Life is like that. We get to see how people respond to different things in here. This will help to give us perspective as to how we will impact our target markets out there.
It makes us better Mike.

Al the best!

David

Commander Ambassador MKearns Saucer looks awesome, absolutely! Let's get on and lift of with David and more adventures to come. :))

I know you have David, you rock! :))

Fun keeps us going strong, we learn and enjoy life at the same time, all we need to be happy. :))

The market is bigger than you think, unfortunately the time was not chosen well, many are on holiday and like this miss your talented writing skills.

So a part 3 somewhere next year might be an idea. :))

David,
You are a good creative writer, who kept me reading from word 1 to word last of the post. Opening up a second career for creative writing would be an additional adventure for you but after WA writing.

Again, I learn. All I know and can is nonfiction writing. So, I "hate" my profession since it made me so rigid.

Much appreciated,

Chin

Thanks for your continued support and encouragement Chin. Surely there may be a part in this story for you. Who knows?:) (stay tuned).

I have never done writing this extensively before, apart from preparing a few speeches and writing some songs here and there. WA's platform is pulling out the gift that was always there, deep inside.
I have much to learn though.
David.

David,

Thanks for leaving more note. I will certainly try to lure out more the unclaimed gifts that possibly still hiding inside me. I will try harder so to see how that unknown may come out like what happening to you.

BTW, did you hear someone using the capital of life before?

Appreciated and keep in touch.

Chin-Ti

Sure...very creative writing.

Debbie

Thanks, Debbie. Have a great day!
David

That was interesting and kept my attention!! I want to hear more!!

Thanks for your kind words Elaine. Stay positive and hopeful.
David

A good dream to follow.

Great! Thanks for taking the time to read, Jimmy.
David

It caught my attention so I read it.

That's the idea!!

After six soul-searching sessions, I surmise and suggest a sequel and second section of Stefani's Seven Saucy Steps to Success. It will be subtle, succinct, and sensational.

I think you deserve it Joe. :)

David

Thank you Joe! :D
